Dean Cooper
After a successful career in radio and television broadcasting over a span of almost 30 years, where Dean held a variety of positions, including President and Owner, he moved into church and para-church leadership.
Beginning in the role of Director of Development Dean became Pastor of Administration and later, Executive Pastor of two different Surrey, BC churches over a period of nearly 20 years. During his time Dean has helped develop management policies, governance policies for the Board of Elders, financial guidelines, and Benevolent Fund operational policies.
Activities in the community have included elected, volunteer, and Board leadership. But his heart is for the local church with a desire to use his God-given skills and experience to support ministry so that the light of Jesus will shine in the world.

Brian began his career in Advertising sales at two Okanagan newspapers until his call to Pastoral Ministry in 1985. He has served in various roles with the CMA for over 33 years. These roles include: Youth Pastor and Lead Pastor as well as the National Director of Church Relations with Willow Creek Canada Assoc., and as the Assistant District Superintendent (Pastoral Wellness and Church Health) for the Canadian Pacific District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The Rt. Rev. Peter Klenner
ATh (Perth), Dip. CS, MCS, ThM (Regent College, Vancouver). Bishop of the Anglican Mission in Canada, and pastor at All Saints Community Church, Crescent Beach.
Peter has been involved in Christian Leadership for nearly 40 years. In 1979 Peter joined Youth for Christ Australia during which time he was the Executive Director of Youth For Christ Western Australia for 8 years. In 1994 Peter and his family moved to Vancouver B.C. where he continued his theological studies at Regent College (U.B.C.) In 2000 Peter was ordained as an Anglican Priest in Vancouver where he served in the diocese of New Westminster. In 2007 Peter left the Anglican Church of Canada and transferred his license and orders to the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda under the leadership of the Most Rev. Emmanuel Kolini. In 2018 the Most Reverend Zacharie Masimango Katanda of the Anglican Church of the Congo consecrated Peter as Missionary Bishop in the Anglican Church of the Congo. Peter continues to serve the Anglican Church of Eastern Africa with the Anglican Mission in Canada. Peter has lectured in numerous Bible Colleges in Western Australia and has had extensive international preaching exposure. He is a Regent College (Vancouver, B.C.) graduate.
Brian A Thom
Brian has been in ministry for over 50 years. In that time Brian has served in local churches in various ministry roles along with roles in denominational district, university and national offices. He has served in para church roles and in missions overseas.
All of these ministries and roles have been focused on assisting Pastors, Church Leaders and Churches in becoming what the Lord desires them to be. . . healthy! This has included but not limited to assisting these through struggles, hurdles, financial issues, governance processes, and conflict resolution with the goal of ultimately becoming a healthy leader and/or church.
